How I work

  • At the beginning of therapy, I focus on what brings you here and explore your intention for the process.
  • I ask questions that help you see your story in a broader context and become more aware of the connections in your inner world.
  • Throughout our sessions, I listen attentively and offer new perspectives that may support insight and growth.
  • I create a safe and present-centered space where we can go wherever is needed — toward movement, change, and relief.
  • Using symbolic tools like therapeutic stones and cards, I help clients explore subconscious and unconscious material.
  • I work not only with thoughts and emotions but also with what is happening in the body.
  • My approach includes mindfulness techniques and body-oriented practices.
  • Through my own self-exploration and life experience, I am also able to offer a psychospiritual perspective when it is relevant.
  • Each client is unique, and I approach therapy with creativity and sensitivity to what is needed in the moment.
  • I believe that every person has inner self-healing capacities. Psychotherapy is a method that helps to discover, activate, and support them.
